What We Do

Our Goal

At Hollingsworth, we align all our resources and join forces with our community to move from an economy that works for some to a just one that works for all.

Accessing and advancing in a career that pays a living wage is essential to improving economic mobility. Our primary goal is to strengthen pathways to career opportunities that pay a living wage and build assets for low-income communities, with an emphasis on Black and Hispanic/Latinx people.

Our Focus

Based on input from community partners across the public, private, and social sectors, analysis of local data, and a review of academic research, Hollingsworth Funds has developed a set of objectives and strategies to guide our work.
